Lovevolv Inc and Artist Owned: Description of Services (as of July 2009)


Lovevolv Inc, a New York State 501(c)(3) arts and education organization formed in 1999, is pleased to offer a suite of services to the musician community through its relationship with the innovative online distribution site http://ArtistOwned.com ("AO").

Under the banner "Audio Gumbo", Lovevolv will provide administrative and promotional services to select members of AO.

These services include:

(1) Registration;

(2) Converting audio to required file formats;

(3) Uploading files to AO site;

(4) Promoting the product in the following ways -

(a) working with AO to coordinate product with AO's own promo/ marketing activities,

(b) writing promo blurbs in conjunction with various ongoing AO promotions,

(c) highlighting Audio Gumbo artists' "AO Select" products at Lovevolv.org, within the AO site, in newsletters and elsewhere.


There are no upfront fees for this, and Lovevolv will work on a straight commission basis of the sales revenues. Terms of Agreement to be provided upon request. Email cb [at] lovevolv.org
